Project Management Courses

These are designed for all project managers, procurement and contract managers, all who deal with key elements/stages in the project design and management processes including Accountants, Auditors, Engineers and all range of Administrators. There are practical tips and exercises which they have to do, including some ?eld trips where necessary to consolidate classroom learning.

With all this and the case studies/video presentations, all our participants are able to concretise their grasp of what/how processes in project management, solutions generation and generally the way to assure themselves that set targets/timelines are met without fail, even in the highly volatile economic times; problems often encountered right from the planning, implementation, M/E (Monitoring and Evaluation) of projects.
