CourseIn these we deliver the training service in order to meet the government training targets and enable the existing workforce to gain the requisite work skills; the new workforce to get the basic skills to join a profession and seek work or be employable as our mitigation of the common macro-economic problems of poverty and unemployment.
We realised that in RSA and indeed in all parts of Africa, our motherland, the previously marginalised groups form the greater bulk of the unemployed and poor masses. So as our contribution to their upgrading and improvement we had to plan different course programs and deliver training at all levels of the African society, so as to help people at each stage to find at least a course they can do with us to improve themselves and set foot/eye on a certain job market offering which they can qualify to apply and start meaningfully contributing also to their family lives as well as to their countries
